A Vietnam veteran from Layton who died more than 20 years ago will be honored Monday in a ceremony at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, D.C. Hershel Tanner’s family says he died from cancer related to his exposure to Agent Orange while he was in Vietnam.
